Online Banking


The Bank's core system vendor has informed us that they are no longer going to support certain operating systems and will only support TLS 1.2. What this means to you is that if your computer is operating on one of the operating systems listed below, our banking products will not work on your device or computer after this upgrade is finished. The systems that are no longer going to be supported are as follows:

Microsoft XP / Vista and below

Microsoft Windows Server 2008 and below

To check your operating system to see if you are running these systems, follow this path:

Start > Computer > System Properties

This change will be effective June 25, 2017. Please contact the bank if you have any questions.

**This only applies to Customers with Electronic Banking Services

***If your computer is not compatible, please contact us for other options, such as mobile phone banking.

Internet Banking

Internet Banking allows you to access your accounts anytime of the day or night. You can make transfers, stop payments, reorder checks and check your balance.

Bill Pay

Bill Pay is an easy and convenient service. You can pay an unlimited number of bills over a safe and secure system. You must be 18 years of age and receive bank approval to access the Bank of Hartington Bill Pay service.

Sign Up for E-Statements

Once you sign up for E-Statements, you will no longer receive mailed statements.
**We must have your email to sign you up for electronic statements! Be sure to log into your internet banking and verify your email address is correct under services/change info!

  1. Go to Services > Electronic Statement > and your Electronic Correspondence Agreement will appear. Check the box to Agree to Terms.
  2. After you agree to the terms and conditions, a list of your accounts will display and you are able to select the account(s) for which you want to receive correspondence. Please read the Electronic Agreement.
  3. You will need to go to your email and get your Verification Code to enter on this page. If we do not have your email address on file, this will not happen.
  4. You will no longer receive a paper statement in the mail on the accounts selected. Click Submit.
